House Hunting Begins

I am on my way to Portland to find a new home and bigger workspace. It’s sad leaving San Francisco. It’s been a wonderful home and I’ve learned tons living there. I’m really excited to be living and working in a new place that’s ultimately gonna allow me to be more productive. My only concern now is finding a home in Portland with less hassle than in SF. Hopefully I’ll find a place within a week before returning to SF to move out. More details from the road as they unfold.

    Oh man! Best house hunting wishes floating your way! :) So looking to buy now, or still rent? Will you be able to make minor structural changes (more than just paint!) if need be???? That’s what I’d be looking forward to if we were going to buy soon…. keep us blog readers (and friends!) posted!

    Hi Erica! Just renting for now, but I’m gonna set up a bigger studio including screen printing facilities, etc. I’ll be painting the walls if they are ugly, and doing some minor tweaks if necessary cos I hope to stay in this new place for a few years. I guess it all depends on what I find though. Gonna start looking first thing in the morning!
