Every time I look at Lazy Oaf‘s home page, it’s always a harsh reminder that I need to set up a lookbook for all my stuff. I also like it because I have been looking at a gerzillion sweaters this month for ideas for my new toy. Also check out my friend Leo’s sweaterfetish blog SPLIFF. He’s also setting up shop for Puff Puff Press, his new screen-printing endeavor.

Summer 2009 Line

| June 25th, 2009

I must sound like a broken record to those of you that are gracious enough to follow me in more than one place, but THE SUMMER 2009 LINE is fiiiiiiiiiiiinally here. These tops, bags, etc have been in the works for so long and I am so glad to finally release them. Everything is hand printed (by me and a very special assistant) and the tee’s are American Apparel. Pop over to the shop and have a look. I also gave the shop a facelift now that there are more items in it. It is okay to laugh at all my poses and stuff, it is all in good fun. I am no top model, but Cole Mohr and Agyness Deyn said they were too busy this time. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy the new stuff as much as I did making it. Now that all my printing is in-house, there is much more to come. Thanks again to everyone for all the support!

Ruffeo Hearts Lil Snotty

Ruffeo Hearts Lil Snotty

Have you heard of Brooklyn-based Ruffeo Hearts Lil Snotty? All constructed by hand and up-cycled. I love this jumper, and their guys shorts rock if your legs aren’t white toothpicks like mine. Their shop is on Etsy.com.

Tie Dye Poly-Cotton Short Sleeve Crew Neck

Annnnnd speaking of American Apparel, I wish none of their unisex stuff was shear. I really want a Tie Dye Poly-Cotton Short Sleeve Crew Neck, but they’re tissue thin and my nips will show right through it. I know, I’ve tried it on. I have yet to see shit like this look decent on real people. I think maybe I’ll try tie dying some black shirts with bleach instead. ‘A’ for effort though.

American Apparel Plaid Short Sleeve Button-Up Shirt

American Apparel Plaid Short Sleeve Button-Up Shirt

New at American Apparel. $52, not bad. AA usually make great clothes, and I think these are no exception. A bit on the retro side (too soon?) but the colors will be good for summer. Buy at American Apparel Online. Also available in a more subtle gingham. More pics after the jump…
